1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. During peak times (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take a bit longer, but we aim to get your order out promptly.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $50, otherwise, a flat rate of $5.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): $10.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $20.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

  • For international orders, additional customs, duties, or import taxes may be required by your country’s customs office upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any fees you may be required to pay.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Flymnd is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
